Section 54:30A-102 - Establishment of remitter's transitional energy facility assessment

Each remitter's transitional energy facility assessment shall be established pursuant to section 67 of P.L. 1997, c. 162(C.48:2-21.34). Under no circumstances shall an assessment be made under this act for any year commencing after December 31, 2013.
