Section 54:10A-5.28 - Short title

sections 1 through 3 of P.L. 1997, c. 349(C.54:10A-5.28 through 54:10A-5.30) and section 4 of P.L. 2013, c. 14(C.54A:4-13) shall be known and may be cited as the "New Jersey Angel Investor Tax Credit Act."
