Section 53:1-11.10 - DefinitionsAs used in this act:
a. "Bureau" means the Bureau of Marine Law Enforcement established in section 2 of this act.b. "Waters of the State" means, but shall not be limited to, the waters of the Atlantic ocean for three nautical miles eastward from the shores of this State; all navigable and non-navigable, tidal and non-tidal, rivers, bays, streams, and inlets; and any other water within the jurisdiction of the State.c. "Superintendent" means the Superintendent of the Division of State Police in the Department of Law and Public Safety.
