Section 52:7-10.13 - Notarial act in this Statea. The signature and title of an individual performing a notarial act are prima facie evidence that the signature is genuine and that the individual holds the designated title.b. A notarial act may be performed in this State by an individual authorized by the applicable law to perform the notarial act.c.
