Section 52:4B-40 - Office of Victim-Witness Assistance

There is established under the jurisdiction of the Victims of Crime Compensation Agency in the Department of the Treasury an Office of Victim-Witness Assistance under the supervision of the Director of the Office of Victim-Witness Assistance.
