Section 52:4-1.3 - Request for report

The secretary shall request of each agency that operates a federal facility in this State that incarcerates persons convicted of a criminal offense to provide the secretary with a report that includes the information specified in section 2 of P.L. 2019, c. 385(C.52:4-1.2).
