Cession of jurisdiction pursuant to section 1 of P.L. 1995, c.212 (C.52:30-12) shall become effective upon acceptance thereof in writing by an authorized official of the United States on behalf of the United States, which shall be transmitted to, and filed in, the office of the Secretary of State of New Jersey, and a copy thereof shall be published in the New Jersey Register.
