Section 52:27H-41.6 - Immunity from liability

Neither the members of the authority nor any person executing bonds or notes issued pursuant to P.L. 2008, c. 47(C.52:27H-31.1 et al.) shall be liable personally on such bonds or notes by reason of the issuance thereof.
