Section 52:27E-80 - Severability

If any section, subsection, paragraph, sentence or other part of P.L. 1994, c.58 (C.52:27E-50 et al.) is adjudged unconstitutional or invalid, such judgment shall not affect, impair or invalidate the remainder of P.L. 1994, c.58 (C.52:27E-50 et al.), but shall be confined in its effect to the section, subsection, paragraph, sentence or other part of P.L. 1994, c.58 (C.52:27E-50 et al.) directly involved in the controversy in which said judgment shall have been rendered.
