Section 52:27D-141.9 - Orders, rules, regulations

The Board of Public Utilities shall adopt orders, rules, or regulations that provide for solar energy systems installed in accordance with the provisions of P.L. 2009, c. 33(C.52:27D-141.1 et seq.) to be eligible for all applicable credits, rebates, or other incentives that may be available for the installation of solar energy systems.

L. 2009, c. 33,s. 10, states, "This act shall take effect immediately and shall apply to any dwelling unit for which a construction permit is issued on or after the 90th day following the issuance of the standards adopted pursuant to section 7 of this act."
