Section 52:27D-141.1 - Short title

This act shall be known and may be cited as the "Residential Development Solar Energy Systems Act."

L. 2009, c. 33,s. 10, states, "This act shall take effect immediately and shall apply to any dwelling unit for which a construction permit is issued on or after the 90th day following the issuance of the standards adopted pursuant to section 7 of this act."
