Section 52:18B-13 - Rules, regulations

The corporation may adopt any rules and regulations to effectuate the purposes of this act and, if it does so, shall apply the procedures of the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L. 1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), with respect thereto.
