Section 52:18A-234.7 - Construction of act

Nothing in P.L. 2017, c. 2(C.52:18A-234.1 et seq.) shall be construed as superseding the provisions of P.L. 1963, c.73 (C.47:1A-1 et seq.), known commonly as the open public records act.
