N.J. Stat. § 52:14-15.107
Notwithstanding the provisions of the annual appropriations act and section 7 of P.L.1974, c.55 (C.52:14-15.110), the annual salary for each of the following officers shall be $210,000 in calendar year 2024 and thereafter:
