Section 5:9-22.11 - Construction of act

Nothing in this act, P.L. 2017, c. 98(C.5:9-22.5 et al.), shall be construed as a waiver of the sovereign immunity of the State or a relinquishment of the sovereign powers of the State. The Superior Court of New Jersey shall have exclusive original jurisdiction and venue over all matters arising from this act.
