Section 48:5A-28.1 - Rules for dispute resolution between companies and municipalities

The board shall adopt rules for procedures for resolving disputes between CATV companies and between CATV companies and municipalities concerning the provisions of subsections i. through m. of section 28 of P.L. 1972, c.186 (C.48:5A-28).
