Section 48:3-120 - Report to Governor, LegislatureThe board shall submit a report on the SREC-II program to the Governor and, pursuant to section 2 of P.L. 1991, c.164 (C.52:14-19.1), to the Legislature no later than 12 months after the adoption of rules and regulations pursuant to section 2 of P.L. 2021, c. 169(C.48:3-115), and annually thereafter. The report shall include, but not be limited to:
a. information about the number and price of SREC-IIs distributed;b. information about the progress of the program towards meeting its solar energy generation goals, including the individual goals for net-metered solar facilities, community solar facilities, and grid supply solar facilities;c. an assessment of the competitive solicitation process, including any recommendations to improve the functioning of the program; andd. a summary of the siting criteria developed pursuant to section 6 of P.L. 2021, c. 169(C.48:3-119), including any recommendations to improve the criteria.Added by L. 2021, c. 169, s. 7, eff. 7/9/2021.
