Section 48:13A-7.27 - Certificate of public convenience and necessity required for operationa. The owner or operator of every privately-owned sanitary landfill facility shall hold a certificate of public convenience and necessity issued by the department pursuant to the provisions of section 7 of P.L. 1970, c.40 (C.48:13A-6).b. The terms and conditions of solid waste disposal services at a privately-owned sanitary landfill facility shall be set forth in a tariff filed with the department.c.
