Section 46:3C-7 - Fees for copies of lists

A municipality that receives and makes available the lists required under P.L. 1995, c.253 (C.46:3C-1 et seq.) may charge purchasers in accordance with the provisions of section 2 of P.L. 1963, c.73 (C.47:1A-2).
