Section 46:3C-15 - Online publication of information, New Jersey Real Estate Commission, Clean Energy Program

The New Jersey Real Estate Commission in the New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance shall, in conjunction with the Clean Energy Program in the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities, inform consumers of P.L. 2023, c. 312 (C.46:3C-13 et seq.) by posting, on the Internet websites of the commission and the program, information about the requirements of P.L. 2023, c. 312 (C.46:3C-13 et seq.) and related penalties for noncompliance.

Added by L. 2023, c. 312, s. 3, eff. 1/16/2024, app. to single-family homes with solar panels installed on or after January 16, 2024, but shall remain inoperative until the commission posts on its Internet website the information required pursuant to section 3 of this act.
