Section 45:5AAA-9 - Home improvement, elevation services, licensed by board, required
Except for individuals exempted pursuant to section 11 of P.L.2023, c.237 (C.45:5AAA-12), no individual shall perform home improvement services or home elevation services unless licensed by the board.
