Section 45:15B-3.1 - Continuing education requirements for court reporters

The State Board of Court Reporting shall require each court reporter certified pursuant to section 3 of P.L. 1940, c.175 (C.45:15B-3) to complete any continuing education requirements imposed by the board pursuant to section 2 of P.L. 1999, c. 26(C.45:15B-3.2).
