Orders, rules and regulations concerning implementation of P.L. 1970, c.226 (C.24:21-1 et seq.), as amended and supplemented, issued or promulgated by the Department of Health and Senior Services prior to the effective date of P.L. 2007, c. 244(C.24:21-54 et al.), shall continue with full force and effect until amended or repealed by the Division of Consumer Affairs pursuant to law.
