Section 44:8-107 - Short title, other referencesa. This act may be cited as the "Work First New Jersey General Public Assistance Act.b. Whenever the term "General Public Assistance Law" occurs or any reference is made thereto in any law, contract or document, the same shall be deemed to mean or refer to the "Work First New Jersey General Public Assistance Act."c.
