Section 44:5-1 - Health of indigent and recreation of needy childrenA municipality may:
a. Establish laboratories and dispensatories;b. Employ visiting nurses, supply medicines and medical services to the indigent sick; andc. Provide fresh air camps, excursions and other means of recreation for the needy children of the municipality.
