Section 40A:67-22 - Bond resolution adopted, copies, file with Director, Division of Local Government Services

The authority shall file a copy of each bond resolution adopted by it with the Director of the Division of Local Government Services in the Department of Community Affairs, together with a summary of the dates, amounts, maturities, and interest rates of the issued bonds.
