Section 40A:26B-14 - Contracts with private entities

A county, municipality, or authority that establishes a stormwater utility pursuant to P.L. 2019, c. 42(C.40A:26B-1 et al.) may, pursuant to the "Local Public Contracts Law," P.L. 1971, c.198 (C.40A:11-1 et seq.), enter into a contract with a private entity for the planning, design, engineering, construction, improvement, maintenance, and operation of a stormwater management system.
