Section 40A:12A-82 - Terms, conditions for conveyance

In leasing or conveying land bank property, unless the property is part of an area in need of redevelopment, a redevelopment entity shall not be subject to the provisions of section 9 of P.L. 1992, c.79 (C.40A:12A-9), but shall be subject to any terms and conditions set forth in the land banking agreement.
