Section 40:54D-22 - Applicability of "Local Public Contracts Law."

All purchases, contracts or agreements made by the authority pursuant to P.L. 1992, c.165 (C.40:54D-1 et seq.) shall be made or awarded pursuant to the "Local Public Contracts Law," P.L. 1971, c.198 (C.40A:11-1 et seq.).
