Section 4:9-15.38 - Violations; penalties

Any person convicted of violating any provision of this act or of any rule or regulation adopted thereunder other than a violation involving a plant nutrient deficiency shall be subject to a penalty of not less than $25.00 nor more than $100.00 for the first offense and not less than $100.00 nor more than $500.00 for any subsequent offense within a three-year period. The penalty shall be collected and enforced in summary proceedings under "the penalty enforcement law" (N.J.S. 2A:58-1 et seq.) in the Superior Court.
