Section 39:4-50.21a - Ignition interlock device installation, appropriate factual basis

Nothing in P.L. 2023, c. 191(C.39:4-50.21a et al.) shall be construed to preclude the installation of an ignition interlock device for a violation of Title 39 of the Revised Statutes under the appropriate factual basis.
