Section 39:4-212 - Consultation, cooperation relative to enforcement of regulationsThe said division and any such board, body or officer is authorized to consult and co-operate with the commissioner, and the county and municipal officials having jurisdiction over the highways and traffic regulations and enforcement in the city of Trenton, or in the municipality in which the State institution may be located, as the case may be, in making and enforcing the said regulations.
Amended by L. 2003, c. 13, s. 58, eff. on the date the Commissioner of Transportation certifies to the Governor that a majority of the members of the commission have been appointed or are in office and that all necessary anticipatory actions have been accomplished, provided, that the amount of revenues received pursuant to sections 109 and 110 of chapter 13 prior to the date of certification are hereby appropriated to the division.L.1950, c.16, p.44, s.5; amended by L.1956, c.47, p.97, s.4.
