Section 39:4-207.1 - Rules and regulations

The Chief Administrator of the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission shall promulgate rules and regulations necessary to effectuate the purposes of P.L. 1949, c.280 (C.39:4-204 et seq.), as amended and supplemented.
