Section 39:3C-29 - Deposit of moneys

The chief administrator shall deposit in the "Off-Road Vehicle Recreational Fund," established pursuant to section 31 of P.L. 2009, c. 275(C.39:3C-3.1) all moneys received by the chief administrator from the additional $10 payment required to be made at the time of registration of snowmobiles, all-terrain vehicles, and dirt bikes in accordance with subsection f. of section 3 of P.L. 1973, c.307 (C.39:3C-3).
