Section 39:3-27.122 - Memorandum of agreement by DMV and Farm Bureau

The director and the Executive Director of the New Jersey Farm Bureau shall enter into a memorandum of agreement setting forth the procedures to be followed by the division and the executive director in carrying out the provisions of this act.
