Section 39:3-27.102 - Fees deposted into Meadowlands Conservation Trust Fund

There shall be deposited in the Meadowlands Conservation Trust Fund created pursuant to section 6 of P.L. 1999, c. 31(C. 13:17-92) the amount collected from all license plate fees collected pursuant to section 10 of P.L. 1999, c. 31(C.39:3-27.101), less the amounts necessary to reimburse the Division of Motor Vehicles for all costs authorized pursuant to section 12 of P.L. 1999, c. 31(C.39:3-27.103).
