Section 39:11-10 - Review of actionA person aggrieved by the action of the governing body or zoning commission of a municipality under this chapter, or a person aggrieved by an action of the commission or its authorized representative under this chapter, may obtain a review in the Superior Court by a proceeding in lieu of prerogative writ.
Amended by L. 2003, c. 13, s. 72, eff. on the date the Commissioner of Transportation certifies to the Governor that a majority of the members of the commission have been appointed or are in office and that all necessary anticipatory actions have been accomplished, provided, that the amount of revenues received pursuant to sections 109 and 110 of chapter 13 prior to the date of certification are hereby appropriated to the division.Amended by L.1953, c.36, p.627, s.36.
