Section 39:10-24 - Violations of chapter; penalties

A person who purposely or knowingly violates a provision of this chapter for which a specific penalty is not provided herein shall be subject to the penalty provided in section 2 of P.L. 2003, c. 217(C.2C:21-4.8).
