Section 38A:3-6.15 - Duties of Veterans' Memorial Cemetery Advisory Council - ArneytownSubject to the provisions of this act and under general policies established by the Adjutant General, the New Jersey Veterans' Memorial Cemetery Advisory Council-Arneytown shall:
a. Recommend standards and procedures for application and determination of eligibility for interment in the veterans' cemetery; andb. Advise the Adjutant General regarding operating policies and procedures as they apply to veterans' family members, funeral directors, and the relationship of the veterans' cemetery with the other veterans' facilities.
