Section 34:1B-241.3 - Rules, regulations

The authority may adopt such rules and regulations pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L. 1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.) as may be necessary to effectuate the purposes of P.L. 2011, c. 201(C.34:1B-241.1 et seq.).
