The Department of Labor and Workforce Development shall establish job training programs for those who work in manufacturing and servicing of offshore wind energy equipment through Workforce Investment Boards, county colleges, and other appropriate institutions. The department shall develop training curricula in consultation with the equipment manufacturers.
