Section 34:11-56a35 - Violations, sanctions

An employer who violates the provisions of this act shall be subject to the sanctions provided by law for violations of the "New Jersey State Wage and Hour Law," P.L. 1966, c.113 (C.34:11-56a et seq.).

L. 2001, c. 300 provides: "This act shall take effect Jan. 1, 2003 in the case of an acute care hospital, and July 1, 2003 in the case of long-term care facilities and all other health facilities."
