N.J. Stat. § 32:23-228
Current through L. 2023, c. 320.
This act shall take effect immediately, but shall remain inoperative until the enactment into law of legislation substantially similar to P.L. 2013, c. 216(C.32:23-226 et seq.) by the State of New York, but if such legislation shall have been enacted prior to the enactment of this act, this act shall take effect immediately.
