Section 32:20B-7 - Report to Governors, Legislatures

The commission shall, within 18 months after the date it organizes, and annually thereafter, prepare a progress report on its activities, and submit it, together with any recommendations for legislation, administrative action, or action by local governments, to the Governors and Legislatures of the States of New Jersey and New York. For New Jersey, each such report shall be submitted to the Legislature in accordance with the requirements of section 2 of P.L. 1991, c.164 (C.52:14-19.1).

Added by L. 2011, c. 177,s. 7, eff. upon enactment of substantially similar legislation by the State of New York, unless the State of New York has enacted such legislation prior to the date of enactment of L. 2012, c. 177, in which case this section shall take effect 1/17/2012.
