Section 32:20B-1 - Short title

This act shall be known, and may be cited, as the "Rockland-Bergen Watershed Flood Prevention and Protection Act."

Added by L. 2011, c. 177,s. 1, eff. upon enactment of substantially similar legislation by the State of New York, unless the State of New York has enacted such legislation prior to the date of enactment of L. 2012, c. 177, in which case this section shall take effect 1/17/2012.
