Section 30:6D-82 - Rules, regulations, reporting procedures

The Commissioner of Human Services shall adopt rules, regulations and reporting procedures, pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L. 1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.) to carry out the purposes of this act.
