Section 30:6-30 - Procurement of commodities, services through central nonprofit agency

State agencies and political subdivisions of the State shall make a good faith effort to procure, pursuant to section 1 of P.L. 2021, c. 385(C.30:6-30.1), five percent of their goods and services through the Central Nonprofit Agency from those commodities and services which have been set aside for purchase from approved rehabilitation facilities.
