Section 30:4J-11.1 - Application for waiver

The Commissioner of Human Services shall apply for such waivers as may be necessary to implement the provisions of section 4 of P.L. 2005, c. 156(C.30:4J-11) and to secure federal financial participation for NJ FamilyCare expenditures under the State Children's Health Insurance Program pursuant to 42 U.S.C.s. 1397aa et seq.
