Section 30:4C-2.5 - Rules, regulations

The Commissioner of Children and Families, pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L. 1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), shall adopt rules and regulations necessary to carry out the provisions of this act.
