Section 2C:58-36 - ExemptionsThe provisions of P.L. 1987, c.197 (C.2A:58C-1 et seq.) shall not apply to any public nuisance action brought by the Attorney General pursuant to section 3 of P.L. 2022, c. 56(C.2C:58-35).
Added by L. 2022, c. 56,s. 4, eff. 7/5/2022, app. to all actions instituted on or after the effective date of this act, and to all proceedings taken subsequent to the effective date of this act in all actions pending on the act's effective date, except that judgments entered or awards made pursuant to law from which no appeal is pending on the act's effective date shall not be affected by the provisions of this act.
